About the Trainer:
Kathy Priest is a successful international competitor and has her bronze, silver and gold USDF medals. She teaches as well as trains and competes for herself and her clients. Kathy manages the training, buying and selling of the dressage horses at Woodspring Farm.
WOODSPRING FARM: Owned by and home to Kathy and husband Dr. Gary Priest and Family, Woodspring Farm encompasses 400 acres in the heart of the bluegrass, just outside Versailles, Kentucky. Woodspring is home to Kathy's Dressage horses, as well as Thoroughbred race horses and registered Angus cattle. Kathy's dressage horses are in training in Kentucky May through December and in Wellington, Florida December through April.
Services and Facility: Woodspring is a full service facility for sales and training all the way to Grand Prix, for horses and riders. Woodspring also offers complete board services - providing an outdoor and an indoor arena with mirrors, a round pen, large paddocks for turn out, and beautiful open fields for hacking.
In addition to the dressage horses, Woodspring boards Thoroughbred broodmares, lay-ups and offers sales prep for Thoroughbreds.
Sale Horses: Woodspring always has a quality selection of sale horses available, from young horses to Grand Prix horses, for sale in Kentucky in the summer as well as in Wellington, Florida in the winter months.
